Restaurant Asador Etxebarri is nestled in the heart of the Atxondo Valley, at the foot of Mt. Anboto. The location alone is worth the visit. The restaurant is famous for its unique grilling techniques. Chef and owner Victor Arguinzoniz cooks all his dishes on homemade coals that are prepared with apple, olives and oak wood. And this makes all the difference! Even the ice cream is ‘grilled’, lending the dessert a subtle smoky flavour.

Three brothers run this three Michelin-star restaurant that has been in the San Pellegrino top 10 for more than three years. The formula for success at El Celler De Can Roca is simple: with three brothers, everything is three times as good. The eldest brother, Joan Roca, is chef, the middle brother Josep is sommelier and the youngest, Jordi, is a dessert expert.
